Services/Goods

We provide fitness services, products, and memberships tailored to your needs.

Orders and acceptance

A contract forms when we confirm your order/booking. We may refuse orders reasonably (e.g., availability, errors).

Pricing and payment

Prices in GBP; VAT included/excluded as stated. Payment is due at checkout/booking. Transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Delivery or performance

We provide estimated dates; time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed. You must provide accurate delivery/performance details.

Cancellations and returns

Consumer rights apply where applicable. Please contact us for specific cancellation, cooling-off, and returns policies.

Warranties

Services delivered with reasonable care and skill; goods will match description. Statutory rights are not affected.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death/personal injury from negligence, fraud, or statutory rights. Otherwise, liability is capped to fees paid in the last 12 months. No liability for indirect or consequential loss where permitted by law.

Events outside our control

We may suspend or adjust performance for events beyond our control and will resume as soon as practicable.
